How to find us
The Druckkammerzentrum is in the Ärztehaus in St. Josefskrankenhaus (St. Josef’s Hospital) – the building on the corner of Hermann-Herder-Straße and Habsburgerstraße.
By road (from the south) via the A5 motorway, direction Karlsruhe – exit Freiburg Mitte – exit Hauptbahnhof (main train station) / Konzerthaus – drive past the main train station until you reach Hermann-Herder-Straße, St. Josefskrankenhaus is signposted. Take the first right turn into Sautierstraße. Underground parking for St. Josefskrankenhaus is on the left.
By road (from the west) via the B31, direction Freiburg Mitte – exit Hauptbahnhof (main train station) / Konzerthaus – drive past the main train station until you reach Hermann-Herder-Straße, St. Josefskrankenhaus is signposted. Take the first right turn into Sautierstraße. Underground parking for St. Josefskrankenhaus is on the left.

Access by tram:
From the main station (Hauptbahnhof) take either of the following lines:
1 – Littenweiler
3 – Vauban
5 – Rieselfeld
Get off at the stop “Bertoldsbrunnen” (two stops from the main station).
Change lines at the stop “Bertoldsbrunnen”. Take line no. 2 (direction: “Zähringen”).
Get off two stops later. In the tram the stop is announced as follows:
“Tennenbacherstrasse – zum St. Josefskrankenhaus und zum Gerichtszentrum bitteaussteigen”
You will find us on the ground floor of the building across the tram stop (“Ärztehaus”).
Since the beginning of 2008 the tram is replaced by bus due to constuction work in the Habsburgerstraße.
