If problems with medication are added to headache

Sufferers generally manage well with their medicines. Sometimes the medicines do not work any more though. In many cases, medicines disagree with a patient (medication intolerance) or lead to negative interactions with other medicines.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): An alternative low in side effects

HBOT is a form of treatment in which the patients breath in medically pure oxygen under overpressure conditions (hyperbaric atmosphere). Through a breathing mask the "medicament oxygen" is breathed in. Through this high oxygen concentration in blood, within a few minutes a contraction of the blood vessels in the brain is reached. thus the expansion of the vessels which is the cause of the migraine can be quickly remedied. Breathing in of oxygen without increasing the environmental pressure can only reach this sustainable effect in a limited manner. HBOT has in priciple essentially lower side effects than medication.

Treatment of acute migraine attacks and attack prevention with HBOT

A series of treatments of some ten treatments clearly reduces the frequency of seizures. With individual, additional HBO treatments, the migraine seizures can be prevented for several months. Acute migraine attacks: Hyperbaric oxygenation one time.

Talking to your physician and otherMigraine patients will help you

Enjoy our treatment, relax and let the hyperbaric oxygen take effect. Our common target: Enjoying moments without pain again while your blood vessels in the brain respond under the oxygen treatment.
